United States of Hardcore

Future Dance 2 9th-Jun-2000

What a top night ! met up with the usual crowd at London Bridge, met Gyre & Hyper (nice to meet you after 2 years!). We got to the venue, only a short queue so not a problem. Security were friendly as last time, and before long we were in

The venue didnt pack out, but there were more people there than last time, the things I noticed straight away was the amount of effort and time taken on the decorations, superb job. I wonder what next event's theme will be :)

Apart from being there for most of Energy's set, most of my time was spent in the Hard House room, ahh, that was *really* having it in there. Surprisingly I didn't hear any cheese during the night, apparently vibe's played a cheesy set, but heh? A lot of people -did- leave when he came on and came into the oldskool room. One thing I noticed, when Heart of Gold was dropped in the Oldskool room, by the end of the song the arena was PACKED OUT!. But it was kinda good singing a long to it :). Nice to meet you Jane after 3 years :) Good to meet u4ea, top bloke!

Excellent vibe's all night, I dont quiet understand the viasco with the Birkenhead people, don't people have better things to do than talk about 2 people who happen to have come from birkenhead!? "Birkenhead are going to ruin future dance!?" get a life and leave any possible trouble to security.

Excellent night, can't wait until the next one, but until then see you all at Raindance :)

I hope you feel better soon Dimi ;)
