United States of Hardcore
Right here i go again, Miss Go Mental here again doing another review. We got to Bagleys at 9.00 thinking the queue won't be that long so we can get in first and not miss any sets, but how wrong were we? the queue was already going halfway around the building, but luckily i saw Babz and Gav in the line and decided to jump over the barrier. One of the bouncers caught us though but let us off and said you can climb over as long as the crowd dont mind, so we climbed over anyway! After waiting till 9.40pm they started letting people into the venue, and we were inside by 9.50pm which was cool. All the lights were still on and they were still putting up decor in the rooms! At 10pm the music started up and the atmosphere rose to a maximum, i decided to womble around the other rooms and see what was happenin in the D n B it was quite a good feeling not much attitude which is strange 4 Bagleys, in the Garage it was dead until bout 11.30pm, and in the Old Skool i dont think the first turned up cause i went in there at 10.45pm and it was silent so i dunno what went wrong there! The hardcore room was packed as usual so i hope that UD and SV will learn soon that we need a bigger room! it all kicked off with Storm who wasnt on the flyer which managed to confuse me! but all the sets were really good especially Sy cause we all know that he is just one of the best!! The Mc's were really going for it big time as well which was cool, Mc Storm seemed like he was majorly buzzin cause he was just bustin bare lyrics. It was good to see a couple of faces there but where were the usual crowd like Tom, Kev and all that little crowd?? you shouldnt have boycotted it, it was a really good night! and Dan where were you? Taha and Jo made it so y didnt you? I know that certain people couldnt make it as they were in manchester so you can be let off, but for those that didnt go cause they thought it would be shit, you missed a top night! My shouts this time go out to Johnny Bitton, Taha, Jo, Rise, John, Wellsy, Layla, Babz, Gaz, The Bagleys Security (they were really cool, much better), Warren (i dunno if ur on this list) and anyone else i've missed out cause im sure there are some people there always is! C ya Miss Go Mental Jo
