This was my first TNT - it was a mission to get from Bedford to Sheffield - but we made it. Me, cK, Dave, Jason and MC Fatt-e got there and joined the small queue that had formed outside. Dave was in his ravin' gear and felt like an idiot waiting outside whilst loads of people gave him funny looks. We got in and checked out the 2 rooms. One room for the main djs and one for the dj competition. The sound system in the main room was wiked, there were cool lasers, multi-level bizness going on with the dance floor - it was quality.

Me n cK went upstairs to check the 2nd room - the competition room. This was titch! The sound system in this room was pretty lousy as well - but it was danceable to. I went crazy when the old skool came on n cK started scratching it was quality !! It also made a nice change to most of the freeform stuff that had been playing in room 2 that night. Mostly, I was in the 2nd room - trying to support people that were playing. It did get quiet empty in there at some points though.

The main room - when i went to get drinks and stuff - was definitely buzzing. I did go in there for Sy's, Hixxy's, Stu Allans and some of the earlier sets. They were up to usual standards. Wotsee was running things as the best MC there though on the night. There was a lot of vocal scratching from the other two MCs which was good to hear. Ending at 4am though was really annoying - it meant we had to leave earlier than we would have wanted too :(

Everyone was really talkative and I make quite a few good mates out of that night - however the lack of single females was noticeable :) But I will be definitely coming back to the next TNT !
